1. Services

Aurea provides event planning, styling and decoration services for private and corporate clients across Cyprus. The specific services to be provided, their scope and associated fees will be agreed in writing before any work commences.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or a contract. A booking is confirmed only when a written agreement has been signed by both parties and the agreed deposit has been received.

3. Deposits and payments

A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your individual agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your agreement. Late payment may result in delays to the delivery of your event services.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be set out in your individual service agreement and may vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs.

5. Changes to your event

We understand that events can evolve. Reasonable changes to your brief will be accommodated where possible. Significant changes that affect the scope of work may require a revised agreement and additional charges.

6. Photography and portfolio

We may photograph events we have designed for use in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer that photographs of your event not be used in this way, please notify us in writing before the event.

7. Liability

Aurea takes all reasonable care in the design and delivery of events. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closures, supplier failures or other force majeure events.

8. Website use

The content of this website, including all text, images and design, is the property of Aurea. You may not reproduce or use any content from this website without written permission.
